  • Provide at least 24 hours advance notice for scheduling or rescheduling
  • Notify us of any special circumstances, pets, or safety requirements
  • Confirm your booking through our provided channels

4. Payment Terms

Payment conditions include:

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged
  • We accept major credit cards, cash, and approved payment methods
  • Prices are based on property size, service type, and frequency
  • Specialty services may require a deposit
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 24 hours notice: Full refund or no charge for cancellations made 24+ hours in advance
  • Less than 24 hours: A cancellation fee may apply
  • No-show: The full service fee may be charged
  • Recurring services: Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the next scheduled appointment

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible service, customers agree to:

  • Secure or remove valuables, fragile items, and personal documents
  • Provide adequate parking for our team
  • Ensure pets are secured or contained during service
  • Inform us of any allergies or sensitivities our team should be aware of
  • Report any concerns or issues within 24 hours of service completion

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean any areas that do not meet your expectations at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to standard cleaning services and does not cover pre-existing conditions or damage caused by factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the value of services provided
  • We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions
  • We are not liable for normal wear and tear
  • Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service
  • Customers should maintain appropriate insurance for valuable items

9. Property Access and Safety

By scheduling service, you authorize our team to access your property. You confirm that you have the legal right to grant access. Our team members carry identification and have undergone background checks for your security.

10. Intellectual Property
